Phase I : Floor Plan and 3D Concept

Client makes Phase I Down Payment of 30% of the total design cost for the Floor Plan and 3D Concept. Floor plan is the most important concept in a building design because this plan will be used as the main reference for making 3D and Technical Drawings. Especially at this stage, revision of the plan is welcome and not restricted. After the plan concept is approved, the next step is the creation of 3D concept as a basis before being realized 3D like a real image.

 

Phase II : 3D Photo or Video

Client makes Phase II Payment of 30% of the total design cost for the manufacture of :
a) The process of rendering from 3D concepts becomes like a real image
b) From the render process will be formed image or video

3D rendering is very important in spatial planning. With 3D technology, clients who are unfamiliar with building techniques will also have a better understanding the shape of the building both exterior and interior to avoid misunderstandings between clients, architects, and contractors. At this stage, if the shape of the building does not match yet, Client can only perform a revision of the appearance.

 

Phase III : Technical Drawing and Material Specification

Client makes Final Payment of 40% of Technical Drawings and Material Specification required by the contractor as a reference in the construction process :
1. Architectural Drawings
2. Structure Drawing
3. Mechanical and Plumbing Plan

At this stage, no more revisions are allowed. If all files according to the offer have been received by Client, then the design stage is declared complete and Client is ready to tender or use services of the contractor as chosen.
